Actually Norc, that's false. While electric cars may be more efficient than gasoline or even natural gas cars due to more efficient and green power generation at the centralized plants, significant energy is wasted heating up the coils, and since red hot is not as hot as flame, the heat transfer is also less efficient. Plus you burn more food when the heat doesn't end immediately. In the end, gas stoves are (usually) more environmentally friendly, especially if your electric supply is powered by coal. Gas may be less friendly outside the USA which has the largest natural gas reserves in the world so it is less labor intensive to extract (though fracking has become a common and questionable practice of late).

I dont like eggs. unless they are poached, fried or made into a Spanish omlette with potoatos.

You basically mean you don't like boiled eggs. Not a big fan myself, I like them fried in salsa sunny side up, and served over salad.

A fried egg sandwich is nice with pure butter,not that axle grease they call margarine. oh,& home made bread ! mmmm, this really isnt helping! my tums in knots now!

My parents have a butter substitute which isn't even margarine. You throw it in a frying pan and instead of melting it congeals like fried styrofoam. Don't know if it tastes like fried styrofoam cause I refused to try, in fact I think I ran out of the kitchen screaming in terror.

May be quicker to make your own, but I'm afraid it makes a mess. Sputtered salsa all over the stove. Worth it though.

Salad w/ roasted butternut squash, dates, avocado, toasted almonds, hb egg, sweetcorn kidney beans, cranberries is a pretty easy thing to make if you're in a rush

A hug for you and a nice piece of fresh baked torte with tons of fresh fruit that will give you so many helpful vitamins andminerals and a nice spanish omelette. That 's what we had and it helped me tremendously., Since I have been so sick I have such bad nerves , a leaf blowing a little harder in the wind than necessary makes me shake ~

so yeah, just been in an earthquake. I was lying in bed reading when I felt the house shaking, and the windows rattling. It was quite strong, but I dont know what the magnitude was yet. weird.

I've only ever been in a single earthquake. About a year and a half ago there was a 5.8 earthquake in Virginia and it was felt up and down the East Coast. That's the only time me or most of the people I know have ever been in an earthquake powerful enough to feel. Fortunately it wasn't powerful enough to cause much damage.
