I don't remember it myself but according to my mother I hid behind her and then tried to hide under skirt when they tried to send me into school- hardly surprising only 1 buckie a day at primary school! Disgraceful!

I already wanted to see Mad Max but the honest trailer made me decide to skip trying to catch up on the '80s movies and just see this one soon(ish). I keep hearing all these great things about it.

So I saw this via Elijah Wood's twitter, but I watch these from time to time on YouTube as well. These guys make the honest trailers we all love, and they do movie fight podcasts from time to time. This one features Elijah Wood himself, and they fight over a couple LOTR related things! If you go to the youtube link itself you can skip around to the LOTR fights, but it's really interesting hearing what Elijah says regarding the trilogy (and the Hobbit: someone asked him what the fifth army was and he said "I have no idea!") especially since he debates as though he wasn't part of them!

I'm actually studying in Oxford next week! Right now I'm in Bath. Lovely city! Though the food is slightly different here. Not enough turkey sandwiches for my liking! But it really is beautiful here! No buckie yet, I've been trying lots of house ales and ciders though! Some pretty good Stout!
I'm planning on visiting Tolkien's grave however when I'm in Oxford (since it's not too far away) as well as try to stalk my great-grandfather who was a Rhode Scholar studying at Oxford in the late twenties. Lots to do! Very excited!
