hi I need some help with photoshoppe. how do you take two photos and put the sky from one onto the other. I have a nice foreground but the sky is boring so I want to put a sunset on it. considering that I dont know anything. at all.
I dont know how levels or filters or whatever it is, work or where to find them or how to do this stuff.
I get the principle you block out the original sky and then you make another level and glue em together, but I dont know where to find the twiddly clicky bits. can someone give me an idiots guide as simple as possibe. Imagine its Biffo, thats the level you are aiming for. so no fiddly stuff please. ta.

Do you know how to add an alpha channel and then delete the sky area so you're left with a transparent background? I don't know if you're using Photoshop or GIMP or what so I'm not sure how exactly you select that option from the menu but if you search for "alpha channel" in the help files you should be able to figure it out.

its Photoshop. No Eldo I dont know anything, I am not kidding, really guys nothing at all, I dont know what you mean by Alpha channel.
