- its linear only from Rivers point of view- its the story as she sees it, in order for her- so when she first meets Amy its as Mels, her childhhood friend- or possibly older Amy/Rory in New York (she doent remember Demnos Run being a baby) but she encounters Amy pre and during pregnancy (when Amy is Flesh) when she is an adult.

Amy gets pregnant on the Tardis on her wedding night- is abducted and kept on Demons Run until she gives birth- whilst the FLESH avatar version of her does all the America episodes stuff up to the Flesh story when the Doctor kills her avatar (and he does kill it -'Given what we have learned I will be as humane as I can, but I HAVE to do this')- so her pregnancy is normal in terms of its order.

Unknown- there are a few possibilities however- it might be what he whispers in young Rivers ear when she kills him, and she replies "Well Im sure she already knows that"- they could have got remarried after Lets Kill Hitler- seeing as the Doctor cheated that time and didnt tell her his name as he is supposed too. Or he told her on their last night together, at the Singing Towers, or it might be yet to come at Trenzelore (10's says about revealing his name 'There is only one time I could'- we dont know what that one time is still).

How do you figure that?
She shoots the Doctor goes to prison for it and later escapes prison to meet the Doctor in America to witness her younger self shoot the Doctor.
she doesnt go to prison until after she has shot him, obviously as shooting him is why she is in prison (which happens when she is quite young still)- which in this cut is followed immedialtly by the (older) Doctor telling blue head bloke about her being in prison 'all her days', "her days yes, her nights- thats between her and me"- he then begins to visit her and take her out from her very first night in prison.

No the 11ths is green too normally but with blue and red settings that 10's didnt have- 11 has used the red setting in particular several times in the last two series. Pay attention at the back!
