Yes, but the difference in pronunciation between 'tch' and 'ch' is usually negligible.

I go for Squaw-ch. Which is similar but not the same as Squaw-tch.

If I were trying to spell it phonetically I suppose I pronounced it "Skwah-ch", but I don't see much of a difference between that an "Skwah-tch". I'd pronounce the latter the same as the former. But then again, I do have a strange Baltimorean accent (though it's not as bad as it used to be).

I'd pronounce the 't'- if it had one, which is doesn't.

There's the problem, then. The letter 'T' doesn't really exist in Baltimorean accents. It appears in the name of the city but it's not pronounced there or in many other words.

So we are agreed then? When Odo insited Squach couldn't spell and it should be Squatch he was completely wrong and should apologise from a prostrate position of utter humility forewith. And maybe she will come back.

Would that be "Sqwaa'ch" then? Or "Sqwar'ch" or "Sqwaa'tch" or "Squar'tch" Eldo?

Squach = Sq'watch, as in "watch".

Squach = Squaach (or Squaatch), as in ""caark."

Squach = Squarch (or Squarch), as is "starch".

Squach = Sqauch, as in "wash" or (squash)

Squach - Squach, as in "catch."

What were the others? I'm getting very confused...

Well, it seems clear Squach ( ) made up that name herself, without any thought for others, and so I owe NO apologies! I think I'll call her Daisy from now on, as that's a most proper name for a young Lady hobbit.
