That was a good one, although I read "vacuum truck" and had brief visions of air tanks exploding. 
According to the FAQ they've considered that, but a lot of delivery trucks have to get close to the bridge before turning down this access road to get to the back doors of a bunch of shops and restaurants, and they don't want to be hitting the height warning bar themselves. They do have warning lights that get tripped by large vehicles though, apparently.

Recently bought a copy of that myself, David Warner was a bit wasted, but three very good, timey wimey storylines (they really should get John Dorney to write for the TV series...), Hurt's impressed me very much at how quickly he seemed to grasp the character of the Doctor, even if Big Finish haven't yet quite made the War Doctor as dark as he could be...fingers crossed they figure out a way to bring in Derek Jacobi's Master.
The River Song boxset and Doom Coalition were also very good.
