{{{If Orwie catches you there'll be trouble!! Not that I am condoning you mentioning The Topic That Shouldn't Be Mentioned, but for a short and very strange moment I thought you meant Selena Gomez. Laughing

I -don't have a heart attack now- liked the tributes. I think Smith's acting was what made me not turn away completely, he really does shine.}}}

Each Dr is a sign of the times. If you ask anyone today who is their favourite most will say Matt Smith. I think each Dr is a reflection of the times in which watch them,I think they represent how "we" are feeling at that moment in time ? If the country is doing ok or not filters thru. I think Matt epitomised how we wanted to feel, even praps how we did feel once & thats why hes so popular.

I think "whomsoever" can get an exception to the ban on "whom" because it works better as a compound word. Nod Plus it sounds cooler than "whoever".

I totally agree 'whomsoever' is cool, but is using 'whom' that way grammatically correct? I thought 'whom' had to be the object of a sentence: "give the kingship to whom so ever shall draw the sword" is correct but "whom so ever shall draw the sword shall become king" is not correct.

But I'm not really sure. Grammar isn't really my thing.

{{{Still no bloody Who thread Mad so all this will have to just go here}}}

Possible new companion?- Rakhee Thakrar, former EastEnders actress is being reported as up for the role. She is also 31 which would be a good age I think- don't want another late teen or twenty odd year old.

First trailer for BF 10 and Donna adventures-

Potential bad news some sources are quoting Peter Capaldi as saying he will be leaving with Moffat to give Chibnall a fresh start- not entirely suprising if true but still hugely disappointing.
Also its being reported but I cant find him actually saying it anywhere, and there is still no official position on it.

And finally something short and a bit creepy-

{{{Im going to kicjk the Who thread door down soon! Mad }}}

Capaldi on a new companion and what he wants, or rather doesnt want really-

"With the best will in the world, I don’t want a bloke," he told Radio Times, "because I’m frightened that they’ll give him all the action and I’ll be standing around spouting scientific gobbledygook... ‘Oh, Peter’s not up to chasing those Zygons down the corridor, let the chap do it.’ And that would be awful. I want to chase the Zygons!"
"I just think that combo of the slightly strange and alien Time Lord with the intelligent, enthusiastic and inquisitive girl is a good combo. I don’t know why – but it just seems to work," he added.

And two nice vids on a similar theme- the War Doctor- first one from Garostudios and second one from Joe27157Productions }}}}
