Shameless plugs for your favorite musicians
Lila Nelson just put out an album of instrumental stuff taken from her Fret & Fray album published in 2012. The album features a bunch of kick-ass musicians from Portland (go home team!). It's available for free at her web-site!:

Re: Shameless plugs for your favorite musicians
ps. Disclosure here: Lila used to be friends w/one of my old house-mates in Arcata, Ray Sturzbecher up on Spring St. I never met her during that time but I tend to ruthlessly plug her works. Her 2004 album is particularly good, especially the tracks w/cello on them. And that last track is to die for.
