That picture of those houses, it's my island. They are the first houses you see when u Get over the bridge. The mountain in the background is on the same Island and it's called "lille blåmann" i've been on the top.

Ah. I think it said it was used to exemplify how many different nature types can be within a small distance as you have everything from the, icecold, sea and "fjæra" to the high mountains in that picture.

It's a safety feature. Loud noises can trigger avalanches too, and they have an constant sound wave traveling a good way in front of them.

You have heard of salty language I believe? They aren't referred to as being "ramsalt" - very/extremely salty - for no reason.
