There are some public toilets you have to pay to use here in UK.Usually at Train/Air/sea ports. Most public loo's are free. Most public loo's are dirty, smelly, stained, no loo paper, full of some very interesting graffiti, no door locks, not much of anything really ? Rolling Eyes

Actually, I was reading about reindeer herding for one of my law classes today. I guess that's pretty fjordian too. Razz

And how enviromental considerations must be weighed against the rights of the Sami as an indigenous people. It's quite an interesting subject actually.
