Re: Breaking Bad!
Eldo, how far have you gotten in Breaking Bad? Did you give up?

Re: Breaking Bad!
I still haven't resumed season 4. I'll be sure to let you guys know when I start up again, though. It might be this summer; I want to see the second season of OITNB and once I get back in the habit of binge-watching on Netflix it's easier to continue.
Re: Breaking Bad!
Season 2 of OITNB is already up on Netflix?
Where have I been...
Edit: June 6, never mind.

Re: Breaking Bad!
Yeah, sorry, I meant that after OITNB is available I'll probably start watching more TV shows again. I did see House of Cards S2 back in February but it was a rough winter and I didn't have the energy to get back into Breaking Bad then. Watching BB can be a draining experience for me sometimes, though it's been very much worth it.

{{{Don't worry, Eldo. I'll admit that I cried after it all ended.

I just finished season 4!
I must say, very satisfying. It's as if

- Spoiler:
- all the complications of Gus and his empire and the cartel and their issues have been resolved, and we can get back to the enjoyable partnership of Walt and Jesse, like it used to be. It's a fresh start in some ways, but with enough ongoing difficulties to keep the tension going.
The reveal with the berries at the end was excellent.

- BB S4 spoilers:
- I almost felt bad having watched that reveal. I wanted to believe it wasn't Walt, and then that final scene shows he's become just the monster Jesse accuses him of being. Make season 5 last, if you can! When you've finished part 1 let us know, and I'll find that fan made promo trailer bungo posted a while ago

(I need to do something about that).

I need to be careful about spoilers! I've avoided this thread like the plague, but even little things can pop up in interviews and in various places around the internet.
- Spoiler:
- I just found out, for example, that Walter's baby does not die in the series. So, there's that!
I didn't know season 5 was the last season! I'll have to savour it, as you said. No binging all night like I did for the last half of season 4!

Re: Breaking Bad!
Yeah, the spoilers are everywhere
You're in for a fantastic last season, though! Stay away from youtube and wikipedia, season 5 is best enjoyed "unspoilered"

Re: Breaking Bad!

Good news and "bad" news for Better Call Saul.
http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2014/06/19/amc-releases-first-photo-from-better-call-saul/275154/?utm_campaign=WP%20%3E%20Twitter&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitter
Good.
AMC confirmed it has already ordered a second season of 13 “Better Call Saul” episodes, for an initial total of 23.
Bad.
The network also announced a change of the series schedule with “Better Call Saul” premieres slated for early 2015 and early 2016, respectively.
I think the original release was slated for November this year. And "early 2015" could mean as late as March (or at least that's how I read it). But I guess it's better than having a rushed product.

Re: Breaking Bad!
That show really used the language of film effectively. It's not just the characters and situations but the way it was presented with the camera work. It's neat to reflect on after it's all been said and done.
