This is a dish called Odori-Don. It has a dead squid on top that “dances” when Soy Sauce is poured on it, activating it’s neurons. (so f'ing cool! remember, it's DEAD).

That is the YUKIEST thing Ive seen so far !! & people EAT that ????!!!! If someone served that up for me Id puke my heart up !! Reminds me of a film called "Old Boy", in it a guy eats a live octopus, you see him do it, but after this, maybe it was that ding dong dish ?

There's been a lot to do lately, and there's even more to come by the looks of it, but fear not - I still have my eyes on this year's "Most Respectable" award!
