Oh the Fjordian accent is in place I am sure, it's more that I don't speak English for long at the time to be certain what ENGLISH (or American) accent I have.

oh ^^ i think i am tipping towards and american accent. .. never thought i'de say that.. but it's kinda closer to my dialect, which is stupid..

Joking aside though I don't really get the problem people have with dialects. Some are completely incomprehensible sure, there som fjordlandian like that as well, but most aren't very troublesome if one just listens properly.

Well, it wouldn't it really be scottish show if you were not now would it.  

The only other scottish chat show host I know of is Craig Ferguson and he gave up drinking a while ago as far as I'm aware. (He got his fair share in before that apparently though.)

Yeah he is all right is Craig Ferguson, big Who fan too, and yeah he had a typical Scottish past of drink, drugs and crabbit

I think Craig Ferguson is the funniest late night host we have, but he never gets bumped up from late late night to merely late night. He deserves better.

Finally got my recording equipment back today.  So might actually be able to contribute something musically with time from now on.

So Petty. Is there a Fjordlandian Special on the cards or do you need and end of show guest artist?

Ah, the awards. That sounds more daunting.  

I have something in mind though, so I'll see if I can get around to recording it.  

Not to put any pressure on you but I need it by about mid-December to have any hope of putting some visuals to it (I have a stage set up for the music acts but animating entire songs takes a whack of time so sooner the better really)

I'm exam bound for the next two weeks. After that I'll have a lot more time so I'll see what I can get done.

Actually, I just had a brainwave that I have something already recorded that might fit in well with the awards. Then I could keep my original idea for a possible Fjordian special in the future.

Listened to it earlier and I think it might actually fit in quite well.

It's nothing elaborate mind, just a demo of an original composition. So let me know what you think.

 I have so many bloody passwords and crap now- got to bear in mind I'm from a generation who only had to remember a phone number- that was all your personal details- werent even cash machines so you didnt even have a pin to remember let alone all the other crap there is now.
