I finally had time to catch up on some of these Youtubes. Very Happy

The Star Wars Dr Who mash-up had some seriously good editing. Very Professional.

Darth Schwarzenegger pretty damn funny.

I love the Star Wars Cops parody. That's a classic. I've seen that one a couple of times and it never gets old. Very Happy

Heh, speaking of late night chilling, I first heard that song when at a late night out this past summer and I fell in love with it right then and there, but not until I saw this thread did I think to look for more of their stuff. Thanks to you and Ringdrotten I did though. Very Happy Little Red Riding Hood is also great, and I'm now listening to It's My Life. Cool

The Great Wakkorotti - The Master and His Music

There's so much good animaniacs, the last great period of Warner Bros cartoons imo. If you've never seen them I recommend looking it up and watching more- there's Slappy Squirrel, and Pinky and the Brain, the Wheel of Morality, Good idea, Bad idea and loads more I've forgotten.

Thanks for sharing- I'm a big fan of 2D andimation! I once had an ambition to work for Pixar, but I lacked the necessary drawing skills! I've made a few sketches using various programs though!

I've never seen Shaun the sheep before! I'm guessing from the look its made by the same people as do Wallace and Gromit, or else they should be sued.
I love all their work but still got a soft spot for old fashioned cell by cell 2D anim apart from anything else its easier to do on pc than 3d animation unless you've got a supercomputer at home.

Yup, I'm pretty sure it's by the same company. Once upon a time I tried to do 3D animation with Blender, but the program kept crashing! There are some great programs for 2d animation though, and there are lots and lots of amatur animators who have created some excellent animations! I say leave 3D for the Cinema anyway!

For the benefit of the youtube thread, he's a great song which I've rediscovered:
