There were only a couple of injuries!
One section they got 2 volunteers from the crowd who got dressed up in the relevant clothing and then got on the front of a bike (yes both) with one of the drivers and did a back flip off one of the ramps!
They showed some shots of things that had been done before... a few of the volunteers had crashed and broken bones in previous shows....
I volunteered but the dudes choosing from the crowd were a bit further down the arena
