Somewhere between 11,000 and 12,000 words. I wrote that one over a three-day weekend in a mad dash of not doing much else. It was the first story I ever finished writing down so I'm still rather proud of it even though I'm sure it's full of flaws.

It's got shirt ripping. It's flawless.

i think (i have double check when i get on my own computer) that the second fanfic is longer than the first needle hole installment wich still has some of my favorite scenes ^^

To be fair it does have some of my favorite scenes as well. I like to think I've gotten better at writing then. All in all I think How Eldo Got His Groove Back is my favorite of my finished stories so far, but I borrowed liberally for the plot from that one so it doesn't really count.

Nora's Birthday Surprise has the potential to become my new favorite when it's finished (which it will be, I promise!).

Well I stopped writing fiction in January when the semester started and my grandmother died at like the same time. :/ I'm looking to get back into it when the semester is over (which it will be tomorrow).

Also, I'm unhappy with some things about Part 2 of the story so I'm going to revise it before continuing on, but I do have the whole thing planned out.

It's a good surprise though! "Happy birthday! Here's a story! Hah!"

that sounds great Eldo my school shait ends the 20th for certain, although there are only one exam to look forward to, so i can squeeze in some writing here and there

I try not to mention the projects I'm working on because I don't know how long they'll take or if I'll decide it's actually a shit idea and I don't want to be too much of a tease. But I do really want to finish all of the stories that I began, so I feel comfortable bringing that up.

Yeah, it helps me keep writing knowing that I have you lot to answer to.

I will say this though: once the current Needlehole story is over I'd like to write something different for a while. There might be one or two characters who pop up elsewhere, but we'll see.
