!st book of the 1st novel, Petty, Id say ! I think you MIGHT need to explain the dark fog issue a tad,maybe ? But its strong enough in my view. You can carry this on where the characters,Tain & Druid, have more adventures together, I think its down to her to reveal her name & as she is a strong, independant woman, she could bed Tain & NOT wish to take the relationship further ? Im just spouting now, galloping ahead of myself, This IS your story & a bloody good one at that ! I love Tain's way of thinking, & druids quiet support. They are the "meat in the sandwich" & this could go on.
Can I agree to a break,just so I can arrange getting it printed off ?

The explanation for the marsh, the water rising, the city under the mountain and a lot of other stuff is tied up with the stuff that goes on in book 2- that was one of the reasons I felt it should probably be the midpoint rather than the end.
