nebulous anxiety sux bad. spent yesterday in bed shaking like a jelly, or a Victorian blancmange with wibbly-wobbly bits. weird shit starts it off. I kept thinking about that poor couple on board the plague ship in japan while feeling ill myself with Montezuma's revenge and vertigo. naturally being a hypo I thought it was 'the end', 
and got myself into a wibble. 
luckily I can comfort read until 'the terror' passes me by, like a very nasty smell. still sux though.

If reading helps a nice spot of tea might help as well. Get into the comfort zone.
I can tell when I'm stressed because I only want to read books I've read before. It's comforting.
