You've got lots of good stuff from that site. I'll have to start poking around it.

Found out she was just a general incarnation of steampunk. It's an aesthetic I'm quite fond of.

I believe one refers to it as "tiling", as in, "I tiled a mosaic into the bottom of my buckie barrel yesterday". Of course, in fine English tradition, you can simply add an -ing suffix to most nouns to turn them into verbs. "Verbing", I believe, is the word for that practice.
Lovely cloud-shot by the way Az! I didn't know your broom went that high?

What was the date on that abbey? Is it 1050 AD or are those numbers random? If that is the date it somehow doesn't seem their sense of humor. Too surrealistic.

According to Wikipedia it was finished by the end of the 11th century.
From the look of it, that's a tamer part of the stone-work!

Re: Just...................whatever [7]
Wonder what was going thru their minds as they carved ? Did the stone mason add a little something to it that was unique to only him ? like a witty " ad lib" ? Didn't the Romans do that ? especially with their ancient graffiti
