Thanks guys! 
I enjoyed getting to sleep in this morning. 
I asked for the whole weekend off cause our main get together will be tomorrow (family get togethers are by tradition on Sunday), but we are going out with a bunch of people for my birthday tonight. And my stepmom just got back yesterday from spending six weeks in England on business. I was gonna go get my new fully adult drivers license today since my old one is about to expire anyway, but I misread the website and they actually close at noon on Saturdays. 
I enjoyed getting to sleep in this morning. I think I've mentioned this before but I don't really drink, though I've been debating maybe getting a beer tonight just so I can say I've done it.

As for the drinking, I'd say quality before quantity if you're not used to it. I ruined my taste for beer for years by trying to drink cheap awful stuff (tuborg) at room temperature with my friends, but now I'm really into it. Get yourself a good ipa or something.

Have you been on the road again this summer? Our big summer family vacation starts in a couple days; we'll be at the beach for about a week, half of it camping and half in a hotel. Thanks for stopping by over my birthday! ^_^
@Blue, I've barely been posting myself for much of this summer. The first GOP debate was what got me back I think, since I've always enjoyed posting in real time with people on here during election related stuff. But I've had a bunch of stuff going on both with work and (moreso in the last two weeks) other IRL stuff and haven't had as much energy for forum stuff. My activity here tends to be cyclical though and I always enjoy getting to "come home".
