Definitely. I have to admit I find that a little too funny.

A friend of mine showed me this norwegian band this weekend that I haven't really listened to before. (They're pretty cool. (And kind of Bon Iver-ee. (Which to me is a really good thing.)))

Incredible vocal technique. Is that one singer layering his sound, or are they doing that real time with two singers? Most impressive if the latter.

That, and using auto-tune well and sparingly. (Really Bon Iver inspired, as I said.)

I liked the video more than the music.

like the music from the third one best, but that motorcycle couple is seriously gonna crash. Their videos are a step or two above most others, definitely.

I've loved everything I've ever heard from Dire Straits, but I've never delved deep into their catalog, and I'd never listened to any of Mark Knopfler's solo stuff until the other day, though I knew enough to recognize his name. Anyway, I was reading a thread on another forum about the upcoming Ray Kroc biopic -- starring Michael Keaton; it actually looks pretty good -- and the best part of the thread by far was someone linking to this song, which I keep listening to.

That was my favorite Eminem song back in the day. Heck, it might still be. Was always a kinda draining experience to listen to, though.

The lyrics Eminem use are brilliant ! He writes/speaks/sings of real life, real experiences. He says it like it is not this "hey look at me" bling. Rap isnt my thing but, Eminem has my respect.
