Listening to more of Iron Maiden's new album. "The Red and the Black" is incredible. It's already up there with many of my favorite Maiden songs.

Bought an alto-range bamboo flute at the Renaissance festival yesterday. I'm having fun picking out simple tunes on it now that I've got the embouchure down.

what I liked in the "good 'ole days"was, people actually sung, they knew the frigging words, they actually played instruments & when doing a live gig they really could sing & play. I fooking hate today's music, its ok jelly fluff to hum to or pass the time but thats about it.

People have always had this attitude about the current generation, in terms of music, entertainment, pretty much anything and everything. There is a lot of good music out there, old and new.

ok so this one autoplayed right after sigur ros and OMFG! it's the music from that french zombi series i was watching (Les Revenants?) and the music is absolutely AMAZING!!!!
