I realize now that posting twice on these forums is forbidden. As an ordinary member does not have the power to delete posts with replies, I am simply attempting to remove one, in the process hoping that someone with the power to remove this post will do so.

This is the other post I was talking about, Petty. When we send the bill, we'll have to charge twice, even if it's, ostensibly, just one vid. The accountancy rules are the accountancy rules. You know my thoughts: we can't make exceptions.

Indeed Norc, but we have a history on here of folk popping on, joining up, promoting themselves and then never being heard from again- we aren't a shop window!   
Join the forum, take part, post your stuff- all good. But just post your stuff and dont do the rest, not so good   

so what. if there actually was an invasion of self-promoting ghost, i'd understand, but it's like two people per millennium. also,  why not try and engage with them, ask them questions before huffing about "self-promoters".. that will definitely scare em off.

Yes it was good ! I see he says it was made for a friend ? was his friend ill maybe ? tho I do hope not. Maybe he thought putting that tune here was a good idea ? Tho in all honesty, if you wanna get your work recognized there are more influential places to go to ? Im in the neutral camp. Tho it would be nice to see IF this young man has anything to say apart from his violin accomplishment ?
