On the other hand, when it comes to horses, the majority of [apparently] white horses are merely grey horses that have faded. Nod

This is the problem with the colour itself - white, grey, silver... Rather neutral uninteresting colours of themselves, and at the end the day the same colour with some change in hue, and clearly a cause of ongoing contention. I'm frankly tired of these discussions! Tedium! Mad

Now 'ruby' is a far friendlier and interesting colour that no one (in their right mind) would ever find cause to argue about but sit back and admire wth a glow (possibly a ruby glow) in one's heart. No matter what hue, always satisfying.  sunny

Red, ruby - every hue is excellent; nobs (I've heard) can range from blush pink to vibrant red -- but I wish you'd raise your mind above the belt line occasionally, Petty. Rolling Eyes

Also, nobs don't have the power speech - they're all action (at least at my house.  Very Happy ) {{{I wish... Sad }}}

green is a funny old colour though, its synonymous with Nature but also with poison. In the 19th century chemists put Dangerous poisons in green glass bottles to warn people, there are many poisonous green animals like frogs and snakes,green smoke and light is used in hammer Horror films, in the Wizard of Oz green smoke and a green face denoted a Witch. So green is double sided, so when I personally see green light in a film it is spooky not natural at all.

Could have sworn I posted this already scratch drunken but apparently not.

I am currently editing the DOS EE.
I am up to the end of the scene right before they rob the armoury in Laketown (a scene that will be going!).
So far the running time is 40 mins 3 seconds.
The same point in the EE is 1 hour 39 minutes. So almost exactly an entire hour of material that has nothing to do with TH or Bilbo gone.

Wow, that's a good deal less than half that has made it this far. Razz  And as far as I remember you didn't keep much of the Lonely Mountain chase scene either..

Found anything of interest for inclusion in the EE scenes you've seen so far?
