Of any teen save one in my family I have ever met, Arwen is the most respectful obediant and thoughtful one , period. She asked permission to talk to me, she asks permission for everything. Not because she necessarily feels like it, but because , as I understand , she so loves her parents and her grandparents, their fellowship and respect, their thoughts and feelings at this stage of her life are far more important than what I or her friends or anyone else out side of her family think. It is for that reason she cares about any concerns they have , period. That is who she is. And I respect that. And the amazing thing is they don't demand it of her, but their concern touches her heart so much she just automatically responds. And I think she said so does her twin brother. When she sent me pictures of her and her brother on their horses, I was struck by the beauty and grace that their faces, their eyes shone with. I still think about that.
