Anyway, it never snows here in June and this is how it looked a couple of days ago.

What a darling owl.
It has been perfect here the last fortnight. Rare. We are semi desert and either forest fires. terrible. we are sounded on all sides with mountains or high high hills with pine trees; or cold rain and a lot of snow on Mount Silver Star and the surrounding areas and a constant fog or steam from Swan Lake and a frosty whatever from Lake Kalamalka and the Kin Beach Lake. But for some reason it has just been mild with a delicious breeze.. or the hot sun has been interrupted by a warm rain to cool things off. I feel like I am some where else. The scent of lilacs, roses, wild roses and honey from all the honey farms, especially Planet Bee is awesome. Davison's orchard a huge tourist attraction which grows trees and plants popular many many generations ago, is so inviting, pies of every sort and train rides through the extensive orchard and just looking down and seeing for miles and miles.

You mentioned earlier about having some music for the picnic, Petty. Well, I recorded something over summer which I think might fit. I'll pm you or something.

Good stuff Blue, the um picnic is somewhat delayed but still very much on the go however, especially now we have folks such as yourself and Figg back among us.

Not gonna be at the picnic this year..

I'll bring the geoducks and veggies.

But how do you know you cant make it anyway? I haven't said when it will be yet! (Not this weekend as I have a belated birthday NotP to get the lazy buggers to finish for Sunday, and its Highland Games weekend, when the serious drinking starts )
