They look like those annoying bears with the pictures on their stomachs!
Got a few, but cant remember all the names of the Valar (and definitely cant remember how to spell most of them!) I will have to get a list.

I know off the top of my head Nienna is the crying one and Tulkas is the one with the tattoo on his arm.

I can't really tell which ones are males and which are female from the style though.

Varda Elentári, Queen of the Stars, wife of Manwë is pretty obvious as she has a huge star on her dress, stars in her hair and wears a star shaped crown, so I reckon that a safe bet!
Im going to take a stab at the one with the red cross as Nienna.
And spiky head - Mandos.
Aule I'll take a stab as being the one with the spanner on his shirt.
And the one in white, second in far right I think might be Vaire.
Ill think on for the rest!

Building on Petty's answers, Manwe is the one next to Varda in case that wasn't clear. The one with the brown robe I think is Mandos, and next to him in the grey hair and white dress would be Nienna (maybe).
Also, I think the brown-haired guy, second from left, is Tulkas.
