Yes  Nod  & if "sherlock" is correct & Mary is up the duffers, poor Watson not only loses a wife but, child as well, he's had (& will get) a lot of shocks !

I trust the Moff to surprise me- he does it every episode of his Who- I have yet to guess right.

He is master of misdirection and slight of hand, its not that he hides clues (they are usually right out in the open in fact), its just he puts them somewhere whilst he has you focused on something else.

I haven't actually got round to watching Episode 2 yet, so I'll probably do a bit of a marathon on my day off work.

Liked Ep1 well enough, though only half the episode felt like Sherlock, too many jokes too little sleuthing.

My previous statement about Moffats sleight of hand and ability to surprise were never more aptly demonstrated by than the man himself in this episode.

Ah, I was going to ask on the fjordlandia thread wether you were waiting until the fjordlandian premier to see it. Apparently not.  Laughing

And I didn't expect that either.  Shocked

It was a great episode though.  Nod

Just saw Unlocking Sherlock Holmes. Decent program, but what struck me most is Laura Pulver is twice as mind-bendingly delectable in person as in character. Holy cow.
