Hi php, as a rule we don't delete accounts wholesale but if you want we can ban your account. I'm not sure what happened though and I hope you'll stick around, or at least just take a break and leave open the possibility of returning at a later date.

Sometimes the top banner takes a moment to load for me but it's still showing up.
Maybe try clearing your image cache? Or even just look at the site in a different browser to see where the problem might be.
