That tree belongs in a horror story ! If your mum read you a bedtime story with that in it you'de sleep with one eye open & buried well under the covers

Yeah, she's Numenorian = human. But I'd expect her to be more bitter looking, not so sweet.

scratch  That is Ted Nasmith.

Anyway, I recently ordered this role-playing game called The One Ring. It has some nice artwork in it by John Hodgson, John Howe, and others.

Personally I feel that Middle-earth should have more cheery beauty in it and less drab, but I imagine they're going for a certain mood.

I see my deliberate mistake ! I was meant to post a pic by some Italian named geezer & Lo, Ted turned up instead Smile Games are no different than books or films in my view. You can see some stunning art work in them.

{{I find Forest that if posts dont show up (I'm on firefox) if I go open the page up in Chrome I can see the posts.

Talking of which I like the Gandalf/Bilbo one for its line work, but not sure about the composition, and the Bombadil one, particularly Bombadil in that one, reminds me of illustrations from A Christmas Carol. }}}
