Been doing a little history of yorkshire from celts to now, discovered that part the celtic brigantes lands survived as an independant kingdom till around 600AD, if fact Elmet sent troops to amass at Edinburgh for some raid/attack against the saxons. Led to it's downfall though, swallowed by Northumberland. Oh and "Yorkshire" itself dates from the vikings and the capture of York.)

Oh no your not...... your offering your own free eduction while charging english students who start this september £9000 and trying to close a 'loophole' that allows northern irish students with an irish passport to dodge this as under eu law you can't charge students from member states any more than your own... which affectively means that the only students you are chaging are the english ones!!

Anyway this is the county that spent the whole olympics count it's own medals and working out were it was on the medal table (would have finished 12th!) We don't want to join anyone... we want independence!
