Another earthquake hits New Zeland, hope every ones OK. Not having much luck lately are uor Kiwi friends.

I saw this in the "last post by" column and thought someone had bumped the old thread. I hope that the people of NZ are safe. Ultimately there are far more important things in life than a movie. The Guardian reports at least one injury and a few people stranded but fortunately there weren't any reports of fatalities.

3 large ones 5.8, 5.4 and 5.3. on the news now there saying 4, airports been closed.

The Eastern seaboard of the US had a quake this summer. Traumatized some people.

I remember that! There was an aftershock a few days later too; I think it knocked a few picture frames off the wall. I was quite startled though; I had never felt an earthquake before! Also, my brother and a friend of ours did exactly what is shown in this commercial, albeit using Facebook rather than Twitter. Laughing
