found this quite touching and worthy

this was a letter written to a young girl who visited the set thru the Make a wish foundation. Which if your not aware does special gifts for terminally ill children. She wrote a letter to the crew and cast of the Hobbit to which Richard Armitage replied to her this letter. Very touching and IMO worthy of being known about. I may not like the films overall but I can respect actors or people who do things like this to help people ease their minds and help make their life more enjoyable.

Armitage could have said Thorin would live and remain King under the mountain in a pink tutu and I would have still thought this letter touching and a very nice sentiment.  

Make-a-Wish is awesome, and that's really great of Mr Armitage. Really sweet and (as is often the case with Make-a-Wish stories) sad, but still good to read. Thanks for posting this.
