Revised rank system

Azriel brought up the topic of user ranks in the Welcome thread, and it got me thinking. We use the same rank system I came up with when this forum was about three days old, and it's a little outdated. At the very least, I think it should go higher than 500. I came up with a couple ideas for a revised rank scheme. I thought I'd see what you guys thought. We could expand it to go up to 3000, which gives most people more ranks to progress through since only a handful of us have reached 3000 yet. The exact details of the rank names don't have to be exactly this.

0 - Newbie
10 - Shireling
25 - Bree-lander
50 - Troll
100 - Elf of Rivendell
200 - Goblin
350 - Warg
500 - Great Eagle
750 - Beorning
1000 - Spider
1500 - Elf of Mirkwood
2000 - Man of Lake-town
3000 - King Under The Mountain

I don't know if people still want "Wannabe Beard" to be the highest rank since that got brought up in the other thread.

A different idea I had was to base the ranks on Bilbo's various nicknames that he uses throughout the book. Most of them come from his first conversation with Smaug, where he gives himself numerous names relating to his adventures thus far.

0 - Newbie
10 - Shireling
25 - Lucky Number
50 - Burglar
100 - Clue-finder
200 - Ringwinner
350 - Guest of Eagles
500 - Friend of Bears
750 - Web-cutter
1000 - Stinging Fly
1500 - Barrel-rider
2000 - Elf-friend
3000 - Adventurer

Anyway, I'd love to hear what you guys think. Feel free to post any alternatives you have (or if you want to stick with the current system).

I kinda like "Bilbo's nicknames" list. especially as The Hobbit is the latest film.
