Nothing offensive in getting old Norc! Never forget inside every old person is a young person thinking "What the *!*@ happened?"

If you do put clothes on, please don't tell us. We'd like to keep that image!

Anyway, when I was teaching school one of the kids wandered in still looking shell shocked. She explained that she had just been to a PTA (Parent-Teacher association) meeting last night where all hell broke loose. It had shaken up her world view: somehow, somewhere she had fallen under the impression that as people grew older, they grew more mature. My but we had a good laugh over that one....

Now I understand why I enjoy this forum so much: the sheer volume of 50-ish pizza-eating blokes. I feel right at home.

Well, being from Essex, the only themed 'get togethers' we have here tend to be priests and hookers (the girls just dress as they normally would) or blokes dressing up as women (there are several reformations of the Spice Girls kicking the crap out of unsuspecting Atomic Kittens quite regularly).

Not sure I am at all qualified to input in to the theming of this picnic as my imagination is probably far more unsuitable and inappropriate than Jodie Marsh's existence!

You see if the English had a healthy national dress their males was not perhaps feel the need to dress up as their womenfolk all the time! And nothing is as pointless as Jodie Marsh. Except maybe Jordan.

What is it with blokes dressing us as girls. I don't see the point - and I don't like the idea of undressing a cute babe and finding a guy. Rolling Eyes

May be a Freudian misspelling, but note what happens when you reverse 'us' and 'as' in the sentence above. Actually you don't even have to and it's even more disturbing. Perhaps you should dig a little deeper into your inner self, Orwell. Nod

And why the cross dressing? Because it's so damn funny. Women dressing as men, ....meh. Men dressing as women? Often hysterical. Don't know why the asymmetry exists, but there you go.

Razz Razz Razz Your national dress looks like it was picked out by Stevie Wonder form Julian Clary's wardrobe rejects.
