Pound-for-pound, cats are FAR more dangerous than dogs. I'm glad I got out of that shoot uninjured: not even a few scratches, which is what I was expecting. The show must go on.

My Great Uncle, Orwell once sang a duo with his Missus's ginger cat. It was a song about Mrs Figg's ginger pussy. I have discovered since that Mrs Figg has in matter of fact a grey (not silver) pussy. I've never thought to ask if it had always been grey, or if it had once been ginger but turned grey (not silver) with dignified age. You see, I thought Mrs Figg was in her thirties, but then I learned she was much much older than that, and perhaps her pussy is long lived too. Even older than my own pussy - which is a lovely auburn I'm told by friends who have seen it! Mrs Figg seems very fond of her pussy irrespective of how old it is.
