Awright, it's about damn time we cleared something up.

Petty's been using encryption brackets since (according to my investigations) early 2016. Over 3 years. Have we had any explanation? Any payoff after all these years? All we got is an early reference to being on the run, and since then nada, nyet, nothing.

It's time we had an explanation, Mr Tyrant! No putting it off any longer. Evil or Very Mad

That cannot have been a Dark Planet deal. We have no need for small print or your signature, as we aleays go at least one level or more above, and then there is no need for you to worry about reading or writing as it is all taken care of.
