Well, I wish it would mean something else, like NEVER!!!

Or once-in-a-while, that would be better, you have to have some rain

I like talking about rain too...in the geography thread...

Actually Squach, there are certain places in the world where it hasn't rained for hundreds of years, I just can't remember their exact names, I think there may be a place in North America. But don't quote me on that. Smile

BACK ON TOPIC......

Yes, I'll give Elves! at the Disco a ring again, them being close personal friends of mine, and don't worry, I've asked the sons of Feanor to cause a rucus the day of the party, so Beren will be VERY preoccupied Laughing

I remember the summer of 2007 when it practically didn't rain at all from May to October. That was fun. Very Happy

Oh that's right... rather sad for you in the end... you poor ol' Scotshobbit... Life does appear to turn bad on you... it's not just Mrs Figg... it's everything really... I guess Odo's received your share of the good things... (I assume Odo has... he is very prosperous... And you know, sometimes I don't think he deserves it... But Eru does work in such mysterious ways and He knows what He's doing, I guess. Bless Eru. Very Happy ).

Some as say around Needlehole as Eru created crabbit and then had a hell of time getting anyone to choose it as their Gift from Him. So Odo's Great Great Great.... Great Grandhobbit, Adam Banks, suggested He as gives it to your Great Great Great .... Great Grandscotshobbit, Cain Tyrant.... or so Odo tells me - and he should know, as his family is Literate and wrote it all down (he said).

No, no, no! Extremely Crabbit
That is a blatant distortion of the sacred texts by the McBankses! Mad

Everyone knows crabbit came into being being just after Eru had created my great, great....grandfather Adam, and then ripped his rib out to make women- both causing a lot of physical pain and ruining creation for evermore as Adam had already made plans to spend eternity discovering and drinking buckie. Nod

Oh you must be quoting the other Version in Eru's Bible. The one where Eru made Adam out of absolutely filthy stinky disgusting squelchy mud, but not a rib at all, as mentioned in the Scotshobbit Version (apparently)... {{{Originally, I thought Eru had made Adam McTyrant out of clay - but Odo cleared that misapprehension up for me. Odo did also tell me as it was Cain McTyrant and definitely not Adam McTyrant, that Adam being a mere jealous Scotshobbit fantasy. As I said, the Bankses wrote it all down (he said), but the bit about the mud was true enough (he said)}}}.
